I have tested the MR and the missing hook_help function is successfully fixed . The MR was tested on Drupal 9.5.9 and PHP 8.1.17. I will be adding both a before and after screenshot.

I applied your MR !4 to my local and confirmed that the hook_help() has been implemented, but my only concern is whether it is possible to add more information to the help page, if possible.
Moving this to needs work, for now, to cater to the feedback.
