Purge user settings are not migrated from Drupal 7 to Drupal 9

Drupal 9 is EOL.

This will definitely still apply to both D10 and D11. The question is, if it is worth implementing.

Setting this back to active, but I understand, if it is not worth implementing. Please set it back to "won't fix" again, if that is the case.

I'm not planning to address it myself as I don't think it's worth implementing it.

Unless someone else takes it on, I'd rather close it to avoid creating false expectations.
