Issue with drag icon into tabledrag.css

Tried to reproduce the issue on local with seven "1.0.0-alpha1" version and Drupal core 9.5.x, but not getting any issue like that with icon in tabledrag.css..
can you brief more about this issue.

I'm seeing this issue on a multi-value entity reference field using tabledrag.
Patch is the same change as comment 2 but with the file paths fixed

Added this patch and its working fine.

I am not able to verify the patches because issue is not reproducible on drupal9.4.9 and seven 1.0.0-alpha1.
Please add steps to reproduce it.
