README.md file missing

I applied the updated MR !1 and I confirmed that it created a README.md file according to Drupal.org README template and below is the content

# Print Path

Allows PDF printing of any path through Entity Print
Similar to Print Route but no knowledge of the route is needed.
Just prefix "/printpdf" to your request.

## Installation

Install as you would normally install a contributed Drupal module. For further
information, see
[Installing Drupal Modules](https://www.drupal.org/docs/extending-drupal/installing-drupal-modules).


## Configuration

The module has no menu or modifiable settings. There is no configuration. When
enabled, the module will prevent the links from appearing. To get the links
back, disable the module and clear caches.

since the MR created a REAMD.md file already, I suggest to remove the README.txt file, hence retaining the status to needs review so that the maintainer or other users can look up with my suggestion.

Reviewed MR!1, the file is updated as per the readme.md file template.
