README.md file missing

Reviewed MR!5, the patch is not cleanly applied.
Getting the error mentioned below:

5.diff.txt:11: trailing whitespace.
Technically speaking, the module provides 2 tags for Voting API, "like" and "dislike", working in a different way from [Vote Up/Down](https://www.drupal.org/project/vote_up_down), that is like a "plus or minus" approach. Likes are separate from Dislikes here.
warning: 1 line adds whitespace errors.

Also, file does not follow the instructions mentioned in readme.md file template
