Menu Block Project - Add a short description

A Menu Block Module with additional configuration (not available in Drupal 8+ core).

Expand all menu links with children, or root the menu tree to specific items.

I think we can do a bit more, something like explaining more of the specific features it has and that drupal core doesn't. I think the ideas are there but the words need an iteration.

I am working on this as part of DrupalCon Pittsburgh 2023.

I think we shouldn't have Drupal version in short description, since people should be able to assume they are only being shown modules that are compatible with their version of Drupal.

The expression "root the menu tree" seems a little unclear to me, so I have reworded slightly.

Here's my suggestion:

Enhance Drupal core menus with functionality to expand all menu links with children and/or use a specific menu item as the menu root.

I think this might need more work... no mention of providing the menu in a block.

How about something like:

Allows editors to provide a menu or parts of a menu with selected levels in a block.
