Currently, we are using the "Ip2CountryLookup" service from the drupal module "ip2country" as an optional dependency inside "RestrictIpService". Unfortunately, this isn't documented anywhere.
Document the optional dependency inside our README.txt (and make it a README.md while we are at it).
