Drush: The reported node ID and title doesn't change

The patch #3 is solving issue for me.

Wow ya, really nasty bug, let's go with patch #3 please! Just spent 30 minutes discussing this issue.

Cranking this up, really can throw someone off.

The patch is deleting the logic for the prior revision feature.

Hi @adriancid, the patch in #3 does change things a bit but is it breaking things?
Unless I'm missing something, it only simplifies. I can't find any side effects.

I tried to test the patch but there is a conflict that needs to be fixed, can you check?
