Opt into security coverage

I can confirm number 3 is already fixed. I checked for line endings and they are all unix style LF.

Since security coverage is focused on a specific user, ensuring they understand and follow Drupal coding best practices, this will need to be done by @droces. Assigning to him to re-open the security coverage application.

This module is exactly what we need! It would be great if you @droces could re-open the application!

Never mind, just realised these kind of applications are for users and not for projects. I can already opt projects into security advisory coverage and I just did that for Admin Menu Swap.
