catch made the suggestion this is a task for the JS component.
In views:
Because the tabledrag is inserted into the row cell, the Title headers do not align with its content when showing the tabledrag
Suggested solution, the tabledrag should be placed in it's own column in the table, both in the tr and the th.
Hence hiding it will also move the table heading with it.
