Searching for co-maintainers

Problem/Motivation

I have currently not enough time to work on this module.

Proposed resolution

Apply as a co-maintainer and after an interview I can grant you the maintainer permission. You should be experienced in writing integration tests via PHPUnit and Behat or willing to learn it. Since this module is complex and you won't be able to maintain it without automated tests.

Also it's important to know the SOLID principles for being able to develop and design complex applications.

Please let me know if anyone needs any help with creating this release. My client is interested in getting a D10-compatible release soon and I was going to volunteer to be a co-maintainer but I see a few people have already been added. @fathima.asmat is part of the "project adoption" effort so hopefully we can work together to make the release happen. Since it doesn't look like anyone has the permission to create releases, I'll leave this issue open as "needs review". We can check that after the code is merged.

@Peter Majmesku In case you haven't see it yet, there is a tag ready for a release to be created:

๐Ÿ“Œ Create 3.1.22 release for Permissions by Term Fixed

We don't have the permissions to create the release. If you will create it or grant one of us permission to create releases, that would be great, thanks!
