Fix views preview when pattern declared by ui_pattern_library in the front theme.

This solves the issue for me as well for a similar case, with views, thanks.

Here's a patch of the current MR (latest commit dd8e8c18) in case anyone else needs it.
PS: our setup enforces static patches and MR diffs are not allowed (as they can change unexpectedly).

When using ui_patterns/modules/ui_patterns_views/src/Plugin/views/row/Pattern.php directly it does not help, there is still the message "Pattern Views row plugin does not support preview.". Normal, the MR does not change that.

But now if a content entity is rendered using view mode using patterns in layout it works.
