Interest to join small group to discuss encourage "positive" contributions on D.O

@smustgrave suggested closing this given the deep discussions we’ve been having in the #contribution-recognition-feedback Slack channel. Seems appropriate to me.

Adding credit for Kristen who also participated extensively in Slack discussions.

So curious if this could be closed now? We still have instances popup but not to the degree from a few years ago.

Also we have 🌱 [META] Tracking issue for organisations who received educational messages Active for tracking companies and DA have implemented a warning system that seems to be working too.
