Select All/None buttons

The Select All or None buttons have been extremely useful in our project and we've been using it for some time now with no issues. Is it possible to consider making it part of the chosen module?

I made a MR based on GPZ's patch and added 2 things:
1. button styling so it will pick up the default button styling from admin theme
2. the option to add the buttons with the attribute 'chosen_add_helper_buttons' like so:

   $element['#attributes']['chosen_add_helper_buttons'] = ['value' => TRUE],

I tried to do it initially via chosen_attach_library inside chosen.module but couldn't get it to work.

I'm not completely sure the approach described in the previous comment will be accepted by the maintainers.

I let the decision to them though, so since I applied this to v4.0 and worked great, I set it as RTBC.
