Any active maintainer left here? vs. frequently used module

Issues like this: 🐛 Ajax support / Use behaviors Fixed are open since > 7Y
Even major / critical issues are still uncommitted: 🐛 reCaptcha global option not updating all urls Needs work , #3012196: Spammers bypassing reCAPTCHA and log simply says "Unknown error" → , #3257237: Captcha bypass possibility → ...
Last release is > 2Y ago
There are many maintainers listed, but none seems really active in the issues currently?
But 170,421 sites report using this module

I think that's an issue for Drupal and sites using it? ;)

Of course, this is Open Source, so no bad intentions with this issue, but do the maintainer have a plan for the future of this module?
Perhaps it would also make sense to clean up inactive maintainers for security reasons?

I'm seeing the issues listed above, especially 🐛 Ajax support / Use behaviors Fixed open for years with hundreds of comments and I think finally someone has to help. So I'd like to offer my help, if you could grant maintainership: 📌 Offering to maintain reCAPTCHA Active
