File metadata manager - Add a short description

This is one of those "developer only" modules, so I like saying that in the description, suggest:

Provides a file metadata manager service and API to allow developers retrieve information stored in files, like EXIF photo information, TrueType font information, and others.

Just missing a preposition ("to retrieve information"), so slight tweak below:
