Drupal.theme.ajaxWrapperNewContent
were 'deprecated' in Drupal 8.6.0 before we had a JavaScript deprecation API. We need to actually deprecate them, so they can be removed. Should probably be deprecated in 8.6.0 for removal in 11.0.0 at this point.
