Is Paste Filter compatible with CKEditor 5?

I'm working on porting this module to CKEditor 5 because it still has value and valid use cases. I will likely end up sharing here as an issue fork.

Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.

Paste as plain text doesn't really work for me in ckeditor5.
Words are still pasted along with style and font copied directly from word.

Maybe this section can be moved to the top of the project page, to save the users some time?
