Dynamically populate a webform select list from an existing Salesforce picklist

I updated the Issue title and summary (I hope that I correctly interpreted the original ask.)

As far as I've been able to determine, this functionality doesn't exist in D8 or later, so this issue would be a Feature Request instead. There's a D7 contrib module that had this feature, but there don't appear to be any plans to port it.

There has been some related work here ✨ Allow dynamic insert of picklist values on Pull Closed: outdated . I think it's a slightly different feature (the ability to update a picklist on save), but it might be a piece of the solution.

They ended up inputting every option manually. They had the feature in the previous version of the site, which was D7.
