I'm going to close this as Outdated since d7 is minimally maintained now. Feel free to re-open if there's interest.
It seems common for a mapping to get broken when the Salesforce admin adds a new value to a picklist that is mapped for pull to Drupal. On the Drupal site, the value isn't available in the picklist options and the whole save gets rejected.
I suggest we allow an option where such picklist values are checked before attempting to save, and inserted into the allowed options dynamically.
