Same issue here. The template Name field in a View is only accessible for User 1.

I think the
MessageTemplateentity needs an access control handler (seeNodeTypeand correspondingNodeTypeAccessControlHandler. I think we can similarly grant view access if the user has theaccess contentpermission. - Assigned to Tyapchyc
