Users unable to access Message - Template field

Same issue here. The template Name field in a View is only accessible for User 1.

I think the MessageTemplate entity needs an access control handler (see NodeType and corresponding NodeTypeAccessControlHandler. I think we can similarly grant view access if the user has the access content permission.

It needs a update function to add the access annotation property to the Message Type.
