Enhance Community Events for Organizer Planning Purposes

@weekbeforenext could you please review #3317296: Community events: Provide a display of all events by date with filter → and let us know if that resolves the request? Otherwise we can work from there to continue improving the interface.

Yes, I believe this issue is resolved by the Date Check page.

I'd suggest calling attention to this tool in this documentation: https://www.drupal.org/community/events/adding-events → , to encourage folks to use it to avoid overlapping event dates. I know there is a link in the sidebar, but maybe checking that page can be a part of the event creation process outlined.

Proposed changes:

1. Add a new paragraph before the listed steps, in bold or in a note format - "Before scheduling your event, please use the Date Check page to avoid date conflicts with other similar or regional events already listed on the website."

I have made the update to the above page and it is currently being reviewed. Once RTBC I will move this to fixed.
