In \Drupal\context\Reaction\Blocks\Form\BlockFormBase::buildForm called form alter before form fully build, so #form_id and #id absent, it cause errors in form alter of some modules, for example layout_builder_styles_form_alter and some others.
Proposed solution: fill #form_id and #id before call form alter.
