Fix rollup.config.js for Drupal coding standards

Closing--outdated. We are replacing the rollup.config.js (and Rollup altogether) in favor of Webpack anyway, so it's not worth undertaking this effort, especially since config.js files aren't ES6 in the first place and there's established precedent for ignoring them.
