Needs an issue summary update. The current summary is prescriptive and comments within the issue have:
1) Demonstrated that it may not be the ideal solution
2) Sufficiently explained the icons have purpose (they are non-decorative)
3) Pointed out that the problem itself needs to be better defined.
So the issue summary should be updated taking this into account.
