The cog within the Field UI does not meet minimum 3:1 contrast ratio when in forced colors mode.
The cog icon next within the field UI is created by a <image type="image" src"...">. This is impossible to style for forced colors mode (windows high contrast), so we need to change this to a normal <button> element.
Once that is done, we can add the cogs via either background image or css mask images.
