Layout Builder sections not rendering

Problem/Motivation

Layout builder multi column sections are not rendering. Same for Layout Base multi columns. Only AdaptiveTheme columns render.
For the layout columns, these render as rows on top of each other.

Afraid not. I stopped using AT, partly because of this issue.
