[META] PHPCS errors on code

The idea here is to fix all phpcs errors/warnings from the files in the css/ directory.
Open the Gutenberg module directory on your terminal and run the command: phpcs --standard=Drupal,DrupalPractice --extensions=php,module,inc,install,test,profile,theme,css,info,txt,md,yml css/ > phpcs_gutenber_css.txt. You should end up with a file like the one attached bellow.
Fix the errors either automatically or manually and create a patch.
