Rerolled patch for views_bootstrap 5.5.0-beta-4
Add a button to the Carousel settings and template for version 8.x-4.x, the previous one was listed as Closed (won't fix) so I started this one with the same status. Posting in case anyone just wants a button via a patch for this version.
