Issue:
Entity reference field disaply entity values of all languages irrespective of current language of the entity beign created or edited.
Suggested Fix:
Add a configuration field which should allow admin users to set the restrictions on the entity reference field based by providing multiple options based on languages and user should be able to select desired option and save configuration. once the configuration is saved, the entity reference field should display value which are filtered based on the restriction option set by admin.
