media: Update the URL's which are giving 404 error.

<author_url>http://www.collegehumor.com</author_url>

in drupal/core/modules/media/tests/fixtures/oembed/video_collegehumor.xml file. URL is not working for author url.

This URL is working fine at the moment, although it does redirect to https://signup.dropout.tv/

So I think these examples should be updated, since the videos are not actually available.
