We have a chinese language in our website. Since, chinese doesn't have singular form. Wherever the plural form text is displaying, in those places text is empty. because chinese does not have singular form.
When we import a PO files, we need to have a flag like if no plural exists, do you need to replace that with singular form?

This issue is being reviewed by the kind folks in Slack, #needs-review-queue-initiative. We are working to keep the size of Needs Review queue [2700+ issues] to around 400 (1 month or less), following Review a patch or merge request → as a guide.
Seems last patch had some failures.
Also will need test coverage.
