Respect custom permissions from Field Permissions module

Problem/Motivation

When editing a user profile, the access overrides in multiple_registration_form_alter replaces any previous #access restrictions from other modules. Field may be required to be editable by admins, but not the user.

Steps to reproduce

Install Field Permissions → module, deny edit access on a field, edit the user profile.

Proposed resolution

Check the access and if it's explicitly denied, leave it that way.
