Fix Redirects to external URLs are not allowed by default, after saving a term in Taxonomy Manager

Getting this error as well after updating with this patch 🐛 Taxonomy tree is not showing Fixed in Drupal 10.

Could someone please prepare a MR with a fix?

I have reproduced issue in my local and I created a MR with a fix that worked for my current project. Please, check it and let me know if it works for you.

• Updated the fork issue from your latest in the 2.0.x branch
• Committed to the new branch
• A new MR 34

I think we can use this fix.
Generally, it should not be an issue if you have https and domain locally.
E.g. I didn't reproduce it using ddev tool.

Merged, moving to fixed.
