Make time diff chunks configurable

Problem/Motivation

This is a followup to implement the point 8 from #2921810-165: Allow TimestampFormatter to show as a fully cacheable time difference with JS → comment.

In 🐛 Allow TimestampFormatter to show as a fully cacheable time difference with JS Fixed , we added the ability to expose a timestamp field as a fully cacheable time difference, using JavaScript, e.g. 1 hour 32 minutes 3 seconds. But some site builders may want to show 1 hr 32 min 2 sec, and so on...

Proposed resolution

Make the time diff chunks configurable.

Still to clarify:

• Should they be configurable along with the formatter?
• If yes, should we provide an interface?
