Need to activate (Status enable) a gift card only when the payment is confirmed

Problem/Motivation

I need to display the list of valid (confirmed payment) gift cards to the user.
To do that I created a view conditionned on status enabled and current user logged as ower.

Steps to reproduce

The gift card are created automaticly and enabled when a Product is checkout and confirmed by customer.

Proposed resolution

Make automaticly created gift card with status disabled when the customer confirm checkout.
When the payement is confirm by bank for online payement or by check manually approved. Then activate the gift card associated with the payed Order
