Missing field_group.field_group_formatter_plugin.details.effect config schema

Problem/Motivation

An effect key is output to config for field groups of type details. Omitting it causes errors in testing environments.

Proposed resolution

Add configuration for it to config/schema/field_group.field_group_formatter_plugin.schema.yml
