Problem/Motivation

It is possible for header values to "bleed" into following tables if the next table does not have a header.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a new tablefield field with cardinality > 1
  2. Edit the field and create at least two tables where the first table has a header (top row is non-empty) and the second table does not (all cells in top row empty)
  3. Save the node
  4. The first table will display as expected, but the second table will have a header copied from the first table

Proposed resolution

Make it so that tables without headers are properly respected.

This will make it so that tables without headers specified will always behave as expected.
