Invalidate Breadcrumbs cache after saving Custom Breadcrumbs Settings

Problem/Motivation

Hello, what do think about clear drupal cache after the Custom breadcrumb is saved?
For now, it is necessary that the user clean it after save the Custom breadcrumb, otherwise the changes will not be displayed.

Steps to reproduce

Create a Custom Breadcrumb and go to the page that it should be displayed. The Custom Breadcrumb isn't displayed while the cache is not cleared.

To optimize, I suggest to add extra config tag to breadcrumbs.

$breadcrumb->addCacheTags(['config:custom_breadcrumbs.settings']);
