Split purgers by type

I encountered a problem with the config. As when there are multiple zones available, config->get('zone_id') does return an array.
I therefore made some changes in https://git.drupalcode.org/project/cloudflare/-/merge_requests/10.patch

Patched module using the cloudflare--split-purgers--3165072-4--no-rename.patch patch and https://git.drupalcode.org/project/cloudflare/-/merge_requests/10.patch patch suggested by @derhasi.
Cloudflare purger works well for URLs now with different Cloudflare's ZoneIDs.

Created a new patch with 2.0.0-alpha1 merged. Not tested yet but will report back if we find any issues

The patch in #10 no longer applies to the release made on 15 Apr 2024.

This change is massive and needs updated merge request fir 2.0.x branch.

Issue summary must be updated as well because at the moment it is not clear how the daily tag invalidation limit could be reached , if there is no tag based invalidation involved. I have multiple projects using the module in URL purging mode and haven't seen API limits issues.

That patch works for me

This is an old issue and Cloudflare has since changed its policy to allow cache-tag clearing on all plans (as of April 1, 2025). See https://blog.cloudflare.com/instant-purge-for-all/ for more info. There is still a limit for non-Enterprise, though, so the work here is still relevant depending on your situation.
