I have a personal project with a very old database that I'm in the process of migrating to 8.x
Switched to the complete node migration recently, and I get revision ID conflicts, i.e.:
Update existing 'node' entity revision while changing the revision ID is not supported.
However, this is with the initial migration run, not an incremental migration.
The site does not use node translation at all (i.e. all tnid = 0).
Still need to debug properly to understand what the problem is more.
