Memory Limit Error & Site Goes Down After Entity Type Configurations Count Get Bigger

I am trying to create store with Drupal Commerce and I created Product Types and Variation Types accordingly.
When the number of created Product & Variation Types increased the nginx server raise "Allowed memory size" error, site goes down and it throws 502 Bad Gateway error.
I also spoke with Mglaman for this issue, he also say that "I remember we did testing and Drupal starts getting weird if there's 500+ of any config entity type".
I tried to disable memory_limit setting it to -1. In this case site redirects to /core/install.php and modal window says that site exists when I click "Go To Existing Site" it redirect to front page with URL, then again to /core/install.php.
