Yes, but needs to update the composer.lock.

Keep RTBC unless CI rejects it.

Committed and pushed 45ad8ebc97 to 10.1.x and 4ef84ddc37 to 10.0.x. Thanks!

Backported the change to 10.0.x because there is no reason not to.
