When multiple messages present, a large amount of content is pushed below the fold

Reporting as a task since it's subjective and does match the designs. Quite possible the preference is to keep as-is.

I noticed that when more than one message is present, most actual content of the page is potentially below the fold (depending on screensize/resolution, etc). The new message styling results in heights that more than triple those in Seven. Perhaps there's a way to reduce the heights since the overall styling already does such a good job of making them noticeable on the page?
