Entity delete hook should ignore string-id entities

In hook_entity_delete all entities are handled, but only content entities can have scheduled transitions, because the target_id column in the database is an integer. In MySQL this only results in unnecessary query, in PostgreSQL deleting a config entity results in a SQL error.
