It's very hard to tell from the IS and comments what we're trying to achieve here or what the problem is. We need an IS update with a clear description of the issue, including steps to reproduce.
Node revision table issue: langcode for all the revisions is default language.
In order to get the latest revision id for a specific langauge Node_revision inserting the specific lang code in 'langcode' field.
How to get revision id (vid) for a specific language in drupal backend. It seems not possible from node_revision table right now.
