A theming issue in Umami

is blocked because themes cannot differentiate between regular pages and layout builder editing page - /admin/structure/types/manage/content_type_machine_name/display/full/layout
Because editing layouts is done using the main theme and not admin theme, this issue is important for many websites, so they can adjust their custom theme to work well with layout builder editing page.
Add a special class to body when viewing layout builder editing page so themes can create special CSS overrides for that page as needed.

This issue has had no activity for 3+ years, and in #9 it was recommended that we don't add this to Layout Builder itself.
No activity would suggest this isn't really a 'Major' issue, so lowering the prioity. Should this ticket be rescoped to add this to the Umami theme instead? Or just closed?
