Not working with field_group

I am super excited that this module exists and I see me using it on pretty much every site going forward.

But I am finding that it is not working well with field_group module. I tried

  1. Username
  2. Email address
  3. Password
  4. Current password

But only Username will show up in the field_group as expected. The others break out of the field_group

I created and show below it in source. KSM shows the field_group's as having these fields as children as it does the other fields that do work with it.

I tried swapping into some of the default themes to eliminate that, but that had no effect on the issue. I looked into the code of this and can't see anything wrong with the module or in the templates generating the fields.

Attached is a screen shots of the Form Display backend and the results on the front end. KSM's are part of the screen grab so you can see the fields and the second KSM is of $form['#fieldgroups']['group_inner_col_right']. You can see I'm using form groups to create a two column form via

{fields}
{fields}

type setup. All but the Username field break out of the

and show below it in the view source. No other fields are giving me issues and I can't find what makes the Username different. I suppose it's type Text and the others are of different types.

Wondering if anyone has any ideas on what to try next?
