On /user/1/orders there are the user tabs "Payment methods, Roles etc" but on the order edit page /user/1/orders/1 they disappear is there a way to get them to show?

Similar issue on the step before: 🐛 Local tasks (tabs) missing on user "Orders" tabs (/user/X/orders) Active

I can also confirm this can be reproduced, for example at simplytest.me
Still not sure if this is a bug or just an expectation for a feature.
