Local tasks (tabs) missing on user "Orders" tabs (/user/X/orders)

This is what I see on a clean D11 install with Commerce 3.

When you say "/user/XXXX/orders", is the XXXX a numerical id? Or the username?

Thanks for the quick reply @jsacksick! I don't think we've modified the view in any way, but to be sure I'll spin up another fresh instance.

The ID is numeric and the funny thing is, that I can see them as admin, but not as regular shop user.

Ok I can confirm that I'm not able to reproduce this at simplytest.me, see screenshot.

🐛 On /user/1/orders there are the user tabs "Payment methods, Roles etc" but on the order edit page /user/1/orders/1 they disappear is there a way to get them to show? Active can be reproduced BTW

Okay seems easy_breadcrumb could cause the conflict. We're using it in that affected project. Sorry! Closing this works as designed, I should have checked this more in deep before! -.-

Update: Even with easy_breadcrumb uninstalled, the issue appears and we have not modified the original view. So it's still strange, but surely custom.

I'll log the reason here, once I found it.
